Nima Aghili


Special Counsel

 

While in law school at the University of Texas at Austin, Nima served as an editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal and clerked for the Texas Civil Rights Project where he worked on cases involving police misconduct, civil rights, and disability rights.

 

Upon graduation, Nima began practicing Labor and Employment law at one of the largest firms in Arizona.  While practicing Labor and Employment law, Nima advised on various legal issues, including federal employment discrimination (ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, WARN Act), contractual matters and general federal litigation.

 

Nima is originally from Iran and is fluent in Farsi.
