Noaman Azhar
Managing Partner
Noaman is the Managing Partner of Azhar & Azhar, PLLC where his legal practice is primarily devoted to Immigration and Nationality Law. Noaman serves as lead counsel for all trial related matters and has earned petition approvals for his clients in almost every single visa category.
Noaman has secured Asylum and Withholding of Removal in federal immigration courts for many of his clients, including those from Albania, Eritrea, Nepal and Iran. He has also successfully argued many complex legal issues in immigration court including admissibility, deportability, eligibility for immigration relief and waivers. Noaman's advocacy and superior trial skills have earned him the praises of multiple immigration judges in Dallas, TX.
Noaman also focuses a significant portion of his time handling family based immigration matters and labor certifications. He regularly advises companies on proper Department of Labor procedures and guidelines for labor certification filings. He also maintains constant communication with many U.S. embassies around the world regarding immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including U.S. embassies in Islamabad, Sydney, Kathmandu, Mumbai, Ciudad Juarez and Amman. Noaman works with many professional athletes in securing O-1 visas and permanent residency (EB-1A) based on their extraordinary ability.
While in Law school, Noaman was elected to the exclusive National Order of Barristers. He also received the Judge Meade F. Griffin Outstanding Achievement Award, the Fulbright & Jaworski Scholarship Award, the Donald M. Hunt Outstanding Barrister Award and the Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson Top Gun Advocacy Award. He received the Best Advocate award at multiple national speaking competitions.
Noaman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Texas State Bar, the Immigration and Nationality Law Section of the Texas State Bar, the American Bar Association (AMA) and the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association (TYLA).
