February 06, 2012 – Azhar & Azhar Law Firm Secures H-1B for Indonesian National Following USCIS Site Visit

On February 06, 2012, Azhar & Azhar Law Firm secured an H-1B for a national from Indonesia following a USCIS site visit at our client’s business. During the site visit, USCIS discovered various issues with our client’s employment situation.

Our client then consulted with the attorneys at Azhar & Azhar Law Firm who suggested that our client’s husband transfer his H-1B status to another employer as soon as possible.  The attorneys at Azhar & Azhar Law Firm quickly filed a new Labor Condition Application (LCA) for client’s new employer and premium processed the H-1B under the AC21 portability provisions. The H-1B transfer was approved within one week of receipt by USCIS, and our client was able to avoid an H-1B revocation or other adverse decision.
