Our client and his wife had filed their Adjustment of Status applications with USCIS. USCIS issued an RFE, but our client and his wife had moved after filing, and mistakenly failed to update the new address with USCIS for the pending Adjustment of Status applications, so they never received the RFE. Since the RFE wasn’t responded to, USCIS denied the Adjustment of status applications. Attorney Furqan was hired to file the I-290B’s and USCIS has re-opened both Adjustment of Status applications.
