Our client, a citizen of Canada, held TN status as a Computer System Analyst. His employer had filed a PERM application for him, which was approved. Attorney Furqan then filed an I-140 application for him. USCIS issued an RFE requesting evidence that our client had the 5 years of required experience to qualify him for the position. Attorney Furqan was able to convince USCIS to accept secondary evidence, in place of experience letters, and USCIS ultimately approved the I-140.
