Our client is in removal proceedings and was arrested for a DUI. Due to the nature of his previous offenses, he was no eligible for a bond. Our office request a medical parole for him, in light of his ongoing medical conditions. ICE approved the request, allowing him to return to his family and receive medical treatment.
